Do you charge sales tax
Yes. Any shipment made to the states of Kansas (7.75%) and Texas (8.25%) are subject to sales tax.

Can you send me merchandise and send a bill with it?
Unless you are a publicly funded organization, we cannot ship product without receiving payment first. However, a receipt of your purchase is located on the back of the shipping label.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Publicly funded agencies can use a department issued purchase order. Agencies that haven't purchased from us on open account should fill out a credit application.

I want to return something. Where do I send it?
Please send all returns to: OMB's Express Police Supply, 11333 Strang Line Rd, Lenexa, KS 66215. Send your return pre-paid (you pay the freight). We suggest that you send the package with a carrier that provides a tracking number. Review our Return Policy here.

Do you offer Police Officer or Law Enforcement discounts?
No. We price our products directly to our target customer, law enforcement. Shop our prices… you will find that we are price competitive and often times the lowest.

Do you offer Next Day or Second Day shipping?
We currently do not offer these expedited shipping services. We ship Standard UPS Ground to provide you with the most economical shipping rates. UPS delivers to any of our customers in Three days or less!

Can I give you specific delivery instructions like, 'Delivery to my neighbor if I'm not home'.
Sorry, but we don't have any way of communicating that to our delivery carrier, UPS. It is always a good idea to ship your products to your department so that somebody is there to receive and sign for the package.
