Return Policy
Regular Returns
All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
Regular returns are usually processed back to the original source of payment
within 2-3 business days.
The buyer is responsible for charge of shipping item back to OMB’s Express.
It is suggested that you choose a method of shipping that you can track your
package and insure it. We are not responsible for undelivered returns without
a form of tracking.
We do not require an authorization number. Just simply fill out the return
form explaining what you would like us to do and we will do it.
In the event your order didn’t include a freight charge and an item is
returned OMB’s Express does reserve the right to credit your refund minus

Exchanges
Here at OMB’s Express we understand exchanges sometimes need to be made.
When you are exchanging an item we do not charge a fee for return shipping as
long as the reordered amount is close to the original order that has been returned.
If an item is shipped incorrectly feel free to give us a call and let us know
how we can correct it. In the case this does happen send it the incorrect item
to us and we will expedite the correct item to you as soon as we process the
return.
If you need an exchange immediately we can do that as well. Call OMB’s
Express Police Supply and let us know you need to exchange an item and we can
place the order ASAP. For “immediate exchanges” we do have to charge
immediately as well, but the return when received will be processed as normal.
Defective Merchandise
In the event you receive and item and it is defective call OMB immediately.
Some manufacturers require RMA’s or sent to them directly. If they require
a RMA number you will need to send the item to us and we will take care of it.
On any defective item we DO NOT issue return labels.
Refused Returns
Sometimes items cannot be returned for different reasons. The list or reasons
would include but not limited to altered or custom items, socks, wear and tear
items, under garments, dents or scuffs in boots, stains, worn items, or missing
tags. All returns must include ALL original paperwork and tags. Without this
we cannot resell the item so it will be sent to back to you. If you ever have
any question regarding this please give us a call so we can assist you as much
as possible.
Free Gifts
All free gifts must be returned as well. If the item is not returned we will
contact you first and find out what you would like us to do. Standard options
are to deduct the retail amount of the free gift from the credit given or return
the item back to you.
Please include the following with all returned items:
- Receipt of purchase or copy of invoice
- Completed return form which is found on the back of the packing list (UPS
label on
outside of box) or available online at http://www.ombexpress.com/Forms/Return.pdf)
Not having this form can severely slow down the time it takes to process a
return.
- Merchandise with original tags, packaging, and free gifts
